Life of Kilfords

My baby nephew is doing much better, so thanks for praying!

His glucose levels are almost normal and his kidney is now working. The doctors have no clue why they stopped working or why they are ok now... God knows! He's still in intensive care but he is much better. Will keep you posted!

IMG_6091Just a quick note to let you know that my nephew Daniel (in blue) who is just a year old is in Intensive Care since a couple of days back.

He has been diagnosed Diabetes type 1 but he's still not responding too well to insulin. He's also having some serious problems with his kidneys which is confusing the doctors...

My sister is convinced that he will be ok and healed by Jesus! We'd appreciate prayers for Daniel and all the family... We're up for seeing God at work!!

In the picture you can see Luke with his cousins: Izan (5), Yon (3) and Daniel (1), who was already feeling ill but we didn't imagine it was this bad!!

Well we are all safely back from our week in England. Luke was so good traveling and enjoyed being handed around the family. I'm sure that he misses them all, nearly all he was seeing for the first time. .Below are some pictures from our time there. We thank the family for the great time we spent with them and Luke sends a big kiss for all his presents.

We had a really nice time with my mum, who is ill with Cancer, and has been told that she probably only has a matter of a couple of months left. So this was an extra special time with her. She really enjoyed seeing her grandson and learnt him to speak (vocalise) lots. I will be going over again in a couple of weeks, and we hope as a family to go over again very soon. Please pray for my family over this period.

Regards and blessings
Darren

Our Spanish baby with his ID and Passport!!We are getting ready to go to England this afternoon!!

We'd been thinking about it since Darren's mother Elaine is not fit to travel, so once we sorted out Luke's documents (he now has a Spanish ID card and Passport!!), we got tickets to visit the family for a week!

Not much has changed since our last posting, we basically have the same prayer concerns... (see previous post)

We thank you for your prayers and messages and we just wanted to share with you our travel plans and the cute picture of Luke with his documents!

All our love, The Kilfords.

Admiring our baby boy!I can't believe how quickly time is going!! I can't believe we are in June!!

And we have to apologise for not sharing news with you all for a good few weeks now - so sorry! We know you are praying, and we're sure you'll like to hear some of our latest news or findings...
